The Hardy Bick
The Hardy Bick Tool is turned from a 1” square steel billet to be perfectly round, concentric, and smooth.
Being manufactured from a solid steel billet means it will hold up to a pounding while you are forging.
The taper goes from 1 1/8” to 1/8” round and is 6 ¼” long.
5/16” thick base plate is welded to the hardy shank, allowing for a 2” long hardy shank.
We offer two styles. Straight and 90 degree.
The Bias Jig
This Jig allows you to bend square material on the Bias or on the Diamond and maintain a crisp sharp edge throughout the bends. Plugs right in to both our NEW "VERSA jig " and the "ULTRA jig" with the 1/2" hole which expands the versatility of either one. Minor ID of the three sizes of the two piece bosses are 7/8 -- 1 1/8 -- 1 3/8. Comes complete with the jig body, 3 sets of two piece bosses, 1/4 hardened dowel pin and retainer clip. Jig consist of Nine individual pieces. Will easily accept larger sizes of square stock. A handy addition to your " Versa jig " or " ULTRA jig " that adds new dimensions to the appearance of your work. When an ordinary hook is just not quite what you are looking for, this jig will add a lot of class to your hook and do it in a Fast Repeatable manner with no damage to the sharp crisp edges on your stock.
There are two shank sizes (1/2", 3/4").
The Jig Straight Bick
The Jig Straight Bick Tool is turned from a 1” square steel billet to be perfectly round, concentric, and smooth.

The taper goes from 1 1/8” to 1/8” round and is 6 ¼” long.
There is a 3/4" round shank that is 1" long
The Tweaker
- 1 inch square X 4 inches long
- Integral steps milled in the sides for secure clamping in your post vise.
- Included is 2 -- 3/8 Hardened steel Dowel pins for strength and Durability.
- Pins stand 3/4 inch above the face of the tool
- 6 -- holes at various spacings allow the user to bend Hot or cold metal and sometimes more importantly to TWEAK items to the final desired shape & size.
- Holes are counter drilled to allow the pin to not fall thru but allow dirt and scale fall out of the bottom.
- A large radius can be bent very easily with this bending jig but also a smal radius is a breeze on this tool.
- Tighten a bend or open a bend up with ease.
