The ULTRA Jig
The ULTRA Jig is designed to do several jobs in a 12" square. This tool acts as your VERSA Jig, a super sized version of that jig, horizontal and vertical adjustable bending forks that accept ALL of the included discs for precision adjustment, and a 3/4" thru hole to accept an additional cone (not included) or act as an extra pritchel hole.
The Jig will fit in your hardy hole or in your vice with mounting hardware for both included. All parts are machined to size and the 1/2" dowel pins are all professionally hardened for superior durability.
What's included:
- 12 x 12" x 1" thick base plate
- 56 - 1/2 " holes in the big jig
- 28 -1/4 holes in the small jig
- 1 - 3/4 " hole
- All of the Bosses / Doughnuts / bushings are interchangeable between the large jig and the small jig and the top and side bending jigs
- You can make accurate controlled bends in the vertical or horizontal planes by using the discs on one or more pins.
- Our very popular Versa jig pattern is incorporated into the Ultra jig.
- From 1/2 " dia. thru 8 " dia. you have it covered with the Ultra Jig
- Large Bending Jig with 3/4" thick discs: 1", 1 1/2", 2", 2 1/2", 3", 4", 5", 6", and 8" diameter.
- Three hardened 1/2" dowel pins.
- One 1x1x2" long bolt on hardy shank with dowel. ( 3/4 - 7/8 - 1 - 1 1/8 - 1 1/4 ) can be substituted if desired .
- One 1x1x8" bolt on vise mount
- Three 3/8-16 x 1 1/4" socket head cap screws
- Integral small Bending Jig with 1" thick discs:3/4 7/8 1", 1 1/8", 1 1/4", 1 3/8", 1 1/2", 1 5/8", 1 3/4" diameter
- One socket adapter pin.( allows you to use any 1/2 " drive socket that you may already have as a disc / even deep well which greatly expands the jigs capabilities at no cost to you ).
- One 1/4" hardened dowel pin.
- Two integral adjustable Bending Forks. One in the face and one on the edge.( all discs fit both bending forks ).
